According to the provisions of the Legislative Decree nr. 196/2003 (Law regarding protection of personal data) which has replaced law nr. 675/1996 the processing of personal information about you shall be carried out according to the standards of correctness legality transparency and safeguard of your privacy and your rights according to the provisions of article 7 of the Legislative Decree nr. 196/2003 (former art. 13 of law 675/1996) of the above stated law we inform you that:

  1. Subject of the information.
    The information subject of this communication concern all the personal data supplied to us directly by you as well as any of your personal data which will be acquired in the future.
  2. Purposes of the data processing.
    The processing of your personal data is carried out for our company purposes and anyway connected and instrumental to the activities practised by our company like for example:

    - installation maintenance and management of the software products and devices supplied by suppliers;

    - other subjects referable to the present or future relations which will be implemented in the future or imposed by the law Statute and/or regulations.
  6. Rights of the concerned party.
    It is your faculty to exercise all the rights due to you by art. 7 of the Code of Privacy (former art. 13 of the law nr. 675/96 and among these the right of:
    - free access to the general register for the data processing established at the office of the Guarantor of the Privacy;
    - information on the general data of the controller and person responsible and purposes and procedures of the processing;
    - obtaining cancellation blocking updating amendments and transformation in anonymous status or integration of personal data;
    - obtaining confirmation of the existence and communication of the same personal data of their origin logic and purposes on which the processing is based all without any delays;
